Opt-Out Rights

Removing the Application will prevent further collection through that installation, although information already transferred to the Service Provider or its partners may continue to be stored under their respective retention policies.

Ignite Goal Odyssey is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or below any higher minimum age required by the laws applicable in their location. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal information from children or deliberately direct the Application toward them.
Where parental or guardian permission is legally required, children must not use the Application without the appropriate consent. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 in circumstances prohibited by applicable law.
If the Service Provider discovers that personal information has been collected from a child in violation of applicable requirements, reasonable measures will be taken to remove that information from its systems without undue delay.
